Execution without controls is not acceptable.

The future run layer needs visible limits:

capital limit
market allowlist
action allowlist
dry-run or paper mode
active strategy spec
recent actions
errors
stop button
kill switch behavior

The spec and validator come first because the control layer needs something exact to control.
